In my Initial Consultation he thoroughly examined me and quickly found the source of my headaches!  Very stiff joints in my neck and very tight muscles in my neck and shoulders.  To be 100% thorough he referred me to see him at the Sayer Clinic in Kensington.  He took two x-rays and got them up on his screen immediately, no waiting for weeks like any other time I have be sent for x-rays on the NHS!

I was advised to come for treatments twice per week for three weeks, and I started to feel improvement straightaway!  His gentle treatment consisted of massage to my tight muscles, some painless acupuncture needles, and some gentle spinal joint adjustments and mobilisation of the stiff joints in my neck.  All ver pleasant!

He also gave me easy postural recommendations and simple exercises, and I started to feel better immediately!  Considering I had the severe headaches for ten years, I could not believe my headaches were completely gone after the first three weeks!!

Dr Chris explained that even with the great improvements, I would need to continue the treatments, though less frequently.  And I have been happily seeing Dr Chris once a month to maintain my improvements and prevent any recurrence!

I only wish I had come to see Dr Chris sooner!

And all GPs, Physios and Consultants should refer ALL their patients with neck pain, back pain or headaches to chiropractors like Dr Chris!
